It is very common for those with codependent traits to also be able to endure long-suffering. You know, doing a bunch of stuff that is painful, neglectful and doesn’t feel good because you think you’re supposed to, or think in the end there is a reward for you.

Today I really break it down—the thinking that goes into long suffering and why it can trick you into staying in bad situations for so damned long! But what does this do to you vitality, your energy, your vibe? Not good babe! It’s not good!
