The topic was the subject of the June 16th Future in Space Operations teleconference. The presenter was Roger Myers, a consultant and formerly with Aerojet Rocketdyne. His presentation is based on the National Academy Report, Space Nuclear Propulsion for Human Mars Exploration created for NASA. Meyers was the Co-Chair of the report.
