Doctors Alex and Ella meet Simon Gunning, CEO of CALM – the Campaign Against Living Miserably – and one of the founders of Instagram phenomenon World Record Egg, Alissa Khan-Whelan. They’ll talk about some of the ways social media can help you and what you can do to manage exam stress.
