Wrapping up Season 3 with an interview with Steffi Pieters!
Steff has a MA degree in clinical psychology but realized right off the bat that an alternative approach felt much closer to her heart and soul.
She integrates art therapy, emotional freedom techniques (tapping), energy work, constellations, and compassionate listening. She is also an intuitive artist. Allowing the flow of energies, colors, forms, shapes, etc. to flow through her without having a fixed idea of what the result should look like.
