As my son turned 3 I noticed a big shift in his development, specifically his behaviour towards me. These toddler years are testing all aspects of my mental health, confidence, and decisions on parenting but it is so rewarding.
In today's episode I talk about how these changes are affecting my parenting, how I'm being kind to myself through these years and where I hope this journey will ultimately be beneficial for my kids. I also cover how social media comparison makes parenting harder, since we have access to short clips of so called perfect parenting.
