Undeclared! The Vampire Diaries

We start with the almost foolproof plan to kill Klaus using his father, Mikael, as bait; Katherine subbing in for Elena; and the only known White Oak Stake, but Klaus has contingencies in play. If he dies, his new crew of Hybrids will kill Damon. So, Stefan saves Klaus, gets his compulsion removed, and steals Klaus's coffins of Originals.
But what's in the fifth coffin?
That's the question plaguing Stefan, and, well, us. Krista has a theory, but is she right? Meanwhile, Klaus is going to hurt everyone in Elena's life until he gets his coffins back, starting with a magic ring-less and compelled Jeremy. Rick literally jumps in at the last second and is killed, but he was thankfully wearing *his* ring. But...something's not right. We have a bad feeling about this.
Oh, and Damon kisses Elena.
