I invite guests to share personal stories about acts of leadership that help shape their lives. In Episode 76, David Wheatley describes a coaching experience in which a suggestion doesn’t work out as expected, but the experience helps shape David professionally. David then shares a story about leadership that involves crossing the Atlantic in a sailboat. Finally, and pulling from the first two stories, David advises us to more effectively pay attention and listen.
