Whereas the association is generally unfair, more than a handful of heinous crimes happened in the early 90s BM scene. Bands like Mayhem, with its founder Euronymous. Varg Vikerness' Burzum. And we’re going to cover some of them over the next two episodes.
This episode covers anti-Semite Varg Vikerness, from the beginning of his 21-year prison sentence for the murder of his bandmate Euronymous, to his prison escape and eventual release.
