In today's episode I had such a great time chatting with Christina V. Rodriguez about her experience with diet culture as a Nicaraguan. Christina V. Rodriguez, MBA (She/Her/Ella) is the Founder of Latinas with Masters; a graduate school advising community with a strong commitment in cultivating cultures of belonging and equitable opportunities for Latinx and Women of Color in business, housing and academia.
She is also the creator & host of the Latinas with Masters Podcast; a multicultural minded podcast created to inspire, empower and education our community about navigating the hard knocks of higher education while embracing and preserving our language, culture and identities.
Christina received her Bachelor’s degree in Latino/a Studies from San Francisco State University and her Master’s in Business & Marketing from Notre Dame de Namur University. She is a #FutureDoctora and pursuing her doctorate degree in Education from Mills College. A wife, Mother of 2 and a dog mom, she enjoys a good book & a vanilla latte to reset and recharge. Listening to Bad Bunny and Salsa music also does the trick!
