Wow, what a crappy week for our Knicks, beaten by 3 of our main Eastern Coference rivals, the Celtics, Pacers and Bulls. Melo gets suspended after KG gets in his for the infamous phrase "your girl tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios". Luckily, we had the deadbeat Hornets to salvage the week and a good performance on both ends. Jeff and I give Copeland player of the week for stepping up big. Then I have special guest, NBA stat geek, Arturo Galletti of Wages of Wins on the podcast. We breakdown how they measure players and why Melo in his opinion isn't on the level of Lebron and Durant. He talks about Melo lacking the mental skills of those top tier players. I try my best to defend Melo against the numbers that show him ranking below AK 47 and Matt Barnes. In the end, we agree, that this Knicks team may have a legit chance to unseat Miami because Kidd and Chandler have done it before.
