Stoops2Stages is an interview series hosted by Brooklyn comedian, Gastor Almonte. Gastor will be interviewing various comedians, musicians, producers and artists. During the interviews, expect to hear insight into the daily routines of these artists, the struggles with balancing work and art, and the hard work that goes into making it happen.
 
At the start of the quarantine and shelter in place orders during the COVID19 pandemic, I decided to create a virtual neighborhood stoop on which come together, talk about how we feel, apply some yogic wisdom and do a daily guided meditation. The first season episodes were all originally on Instagram Live with accompanying video and live participation from guests and we called it "It's A Workable Day In The Neighborhood" for those 32 days.
