Irs ASH Wednesday and Today marks the first day of Lent a season of Prayer, fasting and Almsgiving, in this episode we learn through scripture how sharing food with the poor results in the Lord God blessing and repaying us. We also learn that gluttony is a sin that is rooted in selfishness as it prevents us from sharing with others and is bad for our health as is, we again learn that gluttony is also a form of Idolatry as we place our love for food over the our Love of God.
