In this episode we are joined by Stephen Johnson the CEO of For Everyone Group. The company that consists of OEM appliances, CoolMed, Ship it Appliances and the electric Vehicle charging business, Evec. Stephen entered the family business OEM appliances in 2013 before taking the reins in 2017 and scaling the company from £3 to £50 million whilst also acquiring and starting a number of new businesses into the group.
We discuss everything from his biggest challenges in taking over a family business, to future growth plans and the methods used to scale the group.
