Welcome to the App Therapy Club Podcast! In this inaugural episode, I’m sharing my vision for this podcast and my passion for helping part-time content creators navigate the digital world.

With over 20 years of experience juggling a corporate job and content creation, I have successfully sustained a business by leveraging online apps and software. In the episode, I introduce the concept of "App Therapy" as a positive approach to using technology to maximize productivity.

I’ll also outline my plan for the podcast - promising practical tips, software reviews, and audience Q&A sessions while also emphasizing the importance of self-care.

Right now we’re published on Spotify and waiting for submissions to go live on all other major podcast channels including YouTube. There will be both audio & video episodes for variety.

While my goal is once a week, I could end up sharing nuggets more frequently because there’s soooo much happening in tech and social media right now!
