Then came a break, serial killer Henry Lee Lucas confessed to the murder. The problem was: Lucas lied, and Debbie’s killer remained on the loose. Enter Investigative journalist and true crime author, George Jared, and former Army counterintelligence agent and university professor, Jennifer Bucholtz, who had previously helped to solve the Rebekah Gould homicide case, using a crowdsourcing method.
