Dealing with disability as a kid feels like you are invincible, when we grow up we come to the reality that isn't always true. Facing the reality of our disability can be a difficult thing to do when we want to stay healthy. It's hard enough becoming an adult, when you have to take into consideration a disability that is everchanging, it can feel overwhelming. Hear me work through my own struggle and learn that change is constant and the only thing I can do is release my hold it.
