Stress, anxiety, and overwhelm are incredibly time-consuming. As we agonize over the whys and hows of the things happening in our lives, it simply takes a tremendous amount of time. I like to say, “It takes more time to be stressed out than blessed out.” I suffered from debilitating panic attacks and anxiety, and the “medication” did nothing to prevent the panic attacks from happening. After years of anxiety, I began to think about not being alive anymore – I just couldn’t take it. It was time for a change. I discovered meditation and began consuming all the information I could about self-guidance and tapping into the higher self. Now, I know it's my soul’s purpose to teach people how to follow their own internal guidance system. I refer to this as Inspired Thinking. It’s like critical thinking, except you use your heart and your internal guidance system to help you determine the next optimal step for you in any given situation you can find yourself in. There are 3 main benefits to following your own internal guidance system: 1. Your panic attacks, stress, anxiety or overwhelm – become virtually non-existent, they fade, and eventually disappear. 2. You enjoy feeling in balance as you move through your work and through your life 3. You begin to Have, Be or Do anything and everything that you’ve ever wanted. We all know what a “Red Flag Warning” is, right? It’s the absolute knowing that you should stop and run, not walk, to the nearest exit, right? My question became, why wait? Why wait until the universe is screaming at us to help us? Would it be possible to tune into the part of you that is there already, waiting and eager to guide you, loving you and caring for you, delighted by you? You don’t have to earn it or be worthy, it’s there, right now, at this moment, and it’s available to everyone. Can you imagine a life with little to no anxiety, stress, no overwhelm, and the peace and calm of feeling work-life balance for the first time, and then an explosion of excitement as one thing after another line up in your life and carries you towards your soul’s purpose?
