We the People. This unique set of information was once kept hidden behind paywalls, so only the monetarily fortunate would have access to learn and know. After centuries of hiding this information, it is now ours! The deep web can now be seen by the common man.
On August 25th, 2022 the White House sent out a press release entitled OSTP (Office of Science and Technology Policy) Issues Guidance to Make Federally Funded Research Freely Available Without Delay. This is exciting news for all truth seekers and independent investigators who hold corporations and governing branches accountable for unethical r&d.
