“Innovation is not a project, and it’s not a department. It’s a mindset.” Any of us can be innovators; true innovation comes from looking and thinking outside of our own silos, not being afraid of failure, and being proactive and real-time driven in finding opportunities for improvement. Our school children will enter an entirely different workforce than we’re in today, and workers’ compensation must adapt and innovate to keep up with the changing world of work.
