What better way to change the face of men’s health than by actually changing your face? November is here and so is moustache season as the global initiative to bring attention to men’s health, both physical and mental, kicks off.

In this episode we have an open and honest conversation with Jeff Sutton, of Markel Canada, about his reasons for joining the Movember movement. We also speak with Kyle and Matt Douglas, of DKI – CRCS, whose brotherly competition to sport the best moustache is also supporting this worthwhile cause.
