Starting in 1989, waves of reports of Black, Triangular UFOs were reported being seen in the skies above the country of Belgium. This culminated in the Belgian Air Force scrambling two F-16 fighters to investigate what was seen on radar, but they didn't find anything! Was it indeed a hoax, as has been claimed by some people?
