It was always meant to be for surf-emo punk band NO WAVES. After meeting in elementary school and bonding over early 2000s pop punk, Angel, Cy and Sam broke into the Montreal music scene as teenagers. Youthful themes and charm are emblematic of their performance but after taking influence from experimental local acts and a punk scene in Mexico, NO WAVES is ready to return to songs they wrote before the pandemic with a fresh outlook on their upcoming album.
