On this episode of AOS I sat down with Meng Chua from Kickass MMA in Morley, WA. Meng shared his martial arts story, which started out with the hard arts and has led to the soft arts. He made some mistakes along the way which landed him in a bit of trouble. Since that time he's found his way in life through martial arts, jiu jitsu, specifically has really helped him to become a better version of himself, along with a loving wife, two daughters and a hard working FIFO career. Meng's story epitomises The Art of Surrender, this is what this podcast is all about.
