Haile Thomas is a 22yr old international speaker, wellness & compassion activist, content creator, writer, co-founder of wellness teahouse, Matcha Thomas, and the non-profit HAPPY (Healthy, Active, Positive, Purposeful, Youth). Haile founded HAPPY when she was 12 years old to redefine youth empowerment through free holistic wellness education and plant-based nutrition in at-risk communities. In 2017, she became the youngest graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (at age 16). In 2020, at 19, Haile published her debut self-help cookbook, “Living Lively,” with HarperCollins.
