30ml Espadin, 30ml Campari, 30ml sweet vermouth, dash of chocolate or mole bitters. Stirred down. Served in a rock glass with an ice block (ideally) and garnished with an orange slice
Naked and Famous Cocktail Recipe – Try this vibrant mezcal cocktail.
Ingredients:
¾ oz Mezcal
¾ oz Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz Aperol
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Serve without garnish (optional: a small lime twist).
This cocktail combines the smoky depth of mezcal, the herbal complexity of Yellow Chartreuse, the bright bitterness of Aperol, and the tartness of lime juice, creating a beautifully balanced and vibrant drink.
