This episode we were joined by long time owner, Candy Hensel, of the Byron Hotel. This iconic establishment located at the four corners of Byron has a long standing relationship with the people of the area. Built in the late 1800s, it has always been the centerpiece of its community.
Candy details her twenty years of owning the business and the challenges and successes in that time. She wants the hotel to continue to be the central meeting place for the community of Byron and its surrounding areas.
