Local networking is one of my favorite topics to discuss. I've been doing it for the last 15 years.
The first 4 years of my local networking journey was very sloppy. But the last 4 have been fulfilling, meaningful and productive. I've learned a thing or two about how to effectively network. I tracked ratios and measure lag effects. I've also measure the average time of when someone comes running to me for the solution I have educated them with when they didn't actually need the service.
Because networking is effective I want to share some of my own secret sauce when it comes to local networking.
