In this episode, we caught up with our friend and local Purple belt Shawn Carter, out of Kindred Jiu Jitsu in Mountlake Terrace. We discussed his Jiu Jitsu journey and delved into his philosophy and approach to the gentle art. As one of Beau’s favorite humans, this was a huge treat for him personally.
