This is a spotlight on the Scripture, Jeremiah 31:3 The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.
God's love for us is eternal and unchanging an everlasting love that is truly profound. It’s a love that is unwavering and eternal, no matter how we feel, at any moment. God’s love is a constant, even when we are unable to sense it. How do I know this to be true? I have loved thee with an everlasting love.
The love of God is deeply personal and different. It’s not just a vague, impersonal kindness but a specific, personal love. It’s like the love of a parent for their child—personal and tender.
God's love draws us with kindness and care, emphasizing how personal and intimate His connection with us is.
Beloved, reflecting on this truth, that God, has loved you with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness, He has drawn you. Beloved reflecting on that can be unbelievably encouraging and reassuring, reminding us of the steadfast and personal nature of God's love in our lives.
Have you had moments where you've felt this enduring and personal love of God in your life? It's always heartwarming to hear personal stories of faith. Please contact me at biblical talks.com and tell me about. This is a spotlight on the Scripture
