Orange County Register reporter James H. Williams and former UCLA linebacker Josh Woods share their early impressions for the Bruins' defense and what the expectations are for the returning players (00:05:00).
The duo also breaks down some of the new faces that transferred in during the offseason, including linebacker Darius Muasau (Hawaii) and the Murphy twins (Gabriel and Grayson) from North Texas (00:23:00).
Woods also talks about Tyler Manoa's switch from the defensive line to the offensive line this offseason. Coach Chip Kelly has switched a defensive lineman over to help protect quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson in each of the last four years (00:26:00).
