Welcome to Amplified Clarity, the work of budding Melbourne/Naarm artist Neo. The EP comes from what Neo describes as a “bump in the road”, a moment where life, passions and creativity are affected. Then suddenly, an emergence of emotions and new sounds. It's for this reason why the EP is titled such. “The tracks just oozed out, leading to a heightened level of clarity. Clarity, however, that was amplified” says Neo. “The tracks were inspired by a combination of emotion, moods, and memories, that were then driven by the phenomenon I spoke about earlier.” Amplified Clarity features 6 original pieces from Neo alongside remixes from French-born, Berlin-based artist Casual Treatment and Bomphcast Audio label head Fergus Sweetland.
