His boss got jacked up in a tax beef and Raymond assumed the big seat. He ruled the underworld with an iron fist and he oversaw the most profitable era in New England history.

Another member conducted a shooting, while on an ankle monitor for another felony, that's the level of intelligence that the FBI and other authorities were dealing with. She was walking with a friend Halloween night, when a pack of gang members ran them both down and beat them with a tree branch, they were robbed of one dollar and then Kimberly suffered what can only be described as nazi level torture. Kim was stabbed and slashed over 130 times. stomped and kicked countless times, but that wasn't enough for this rampaging gang, six of eight men raped her as well. She was left to die in Franklin Field, Dorchester, Ma. Eight men and boys, members of the Franklin Field Pistons Gangs were ultimately charged. Have you ever wondered how in excess of 8 people, drove directly past the spot where the Commonwealth said John O'Keefe was lying in the snow? Brian Higgins a highly trained ATF, testified he pulled out and his jeeps's lights would have fully illuminated that very area, yet no body? C'mon. Jen Mcabe's infamous 2:27am "Hos long to die in the cold" google search. During a Daubert hearing, Richard Green revealed that cell phone forensics found that Jen had made 4,560 google searches over the life of the phone, yet only one search had ever been deleted, the "hos long to die in cold" search. Read that again, that search happened and it happened at 2:27am. This is issue settled. In order to find Karen guilty of 2nd degree murder you'd have to believe that Jen Mcabe did "Butt Dial" John 7 times with none of the calls going to voicemail. You'd also have to believe Boston Police Sgt. Brian Albert "Butt Dialed" ATF agent Brian Higgins AND Higgins "Butt Dialed" back!! All the infamous butt dials occurred within an hour of John's homicide. You'd have to ask what are the odds of this happening? The defense expert covered that in recent court documents. The odds of all those butt dials occurring within an hour of the murder and none of the calls going to voicemail is equivalent to winning the Powerball lottery three times in a row!! C'mom man! Send us a text Maura Murray 21, in 2004 was a junior, studying nursing at University of Massachusetts. She was a well liked, athletic student. On the surface Maura seemed to have it all figured out, however a deeper analysis would reveal multiple areas of concern. Just prior to her departure, Maura seemingly invented a situation with her sister, she later told professors that there was a death in the family, there had been no death. Investigators found her dorm room fully packed up, with a note to her boyfriend, which would cast doubt on their future. Maura got in a one car accident in rural Grafton County, New Hampshire. She apparently had been drinking, she spoke with at least one neighbor who stopped to assist, she pleaded with him no to call the police, they cops arrived and Maura was nowhere to be seen, three months later a local contractor had reported he believed he'd seen Maura, they night she disappeared 4-5 miles away walking in the dark roadway. The defense team highlights new issues with sallyport video, previously sallyport video had been found to have been inverted, new video depicts Brian Higgins at the sallyport, talking on his cell phone, he previously testified, that he was home at that time. Don't forget that previous video handed over by the Commonwealth was missing the crucial 42 minutes, that would have depicted the rear of Karen’s car. The defense also filed a motion to be reimburse the defense team about $13,000, due to the fact that their forensic investigatorhad travelled to Canton, only to discover that the video had been destroyed. Send us a text This story should be a typical American dream chronicle. A child is brought to America, she overcomes adversity through hard work. She left for college only to return to her adopted city. She worked at and managed local non-profits and soon ran for political office. She was elected to the Boston City Council in 2021 and reelected in 2023. So what happened? The majority of Bostonians were not aware that Tania Fernandes, married a convicted 1st degree murderer. The inmate, Tanzerious Anderson was already serving a life without parole for his senseless murder of an immigrant, when sometime in 2009 the duo wed. In 2022 Tania hired her son and sister to her staff, despite being told not to, as it conflicts with nepotism laws. She persisted and eventually fired the family members, Fernandes Anderson was also forced to pay a fine of $5,000 to the ethics committee. There were also repeated issues of using campaign funds for personal trips to warehouse stores and restaurant visits. It's likely her political career is over and she may be headed to federal prison. The current charges stem from Fernandes-Anderson allegedly taking a kick back from a staffer, she had just given a bonus. She is facing five felony counts of wire fraud and theft. Leahy cornered Ally in the ladies room and over nine minutes, he stabbed her countless times, as she begged, repeatedly for her life.
