In this episode, we’re having a banter with Lisi Schappi, design lead from Deputy.com - a staffing platform for shift work scheduling and team management.
We dive into the purpose and process of how Lisi and her team went about rebranding their established presence in the market, which hadn’t been touched for 12 years. But given the pandemic the timing was right and the rollout of their new identity impacted the way they connect as a team as well as how they engage with their customers. Which also brought about a refresh of their online platform and app for improved usability.
