We sit with Sohini, the founder of Smoke and Lime; the chef and creator of Bengali-inspired supperclubs in London. She talks to us about the reality of living and working in a big city as an entrepreneur, as well as the people and moments that inspired her cooking journey and what specifically drove her towards completely no-waste cooking.
