One thing you learn very quickly is that every single flip requires one thing more than money. A good contractor. And this week’s guest is one of the select few who have been chosen to show off his impressive construction skills. Jonathan Brewer has been in the construction industry most of his life and in the past few years has made the transition to television. We are happy that he was able to stop by the Brownstone and share his career path, where he sees himself in the future and drop some tips for those of us who may catch the home renovation bug.
