Meet Joe Rohne: a devoted family man with over two decades of marriage and two daughters. Transitioning from corporate retail to entrepreneurship, Joe and his wife started by buying and operating a pre-school, started and sold a lawn and landscape business, and now own multiple vacation rental properties in Panama City Beach, Florida.
He is a licensed real estate agent in Missouri and Florida as well, and they actively manage 10 vacation rentals in Panama City Beach and Branson, MO. In 2023, Joe founded the Cohost Collective Mastermind for vacation rental property managers, before becoming the sought-after Cohost Coach in 2024.
