“Filmmaking is the ultimate team sport,” in the words of Michael Keaton. In today’s episode, we will be exploring both film and sports with entrepreneur and film producer Gotham Chopra. Mr. Chopra is a sports documentarian, media entrepreneur, producer, podcast host, director, journalist, and author. He is the co-founder of Religion of Sports and has produced several acclaimed films and documentaries including Simone Biles Rising, In the Arena: Serena Williams, Tom vs. Time with Tom Brady, McGregor Forever, and more. His work has garnered five sports Emmy Awards. Mr. Chopra has also authored multiple books, such as The Seven Spiritual Laws of Superheroes (co-authored by Deepak Chopra) and Religion of Sports: Navigating the Trials of Life Through the Games We Love.
