Creating a Life Wheel allows you to evaluate what’s most important to you and measure it against how you are spending your time. In this episode we share how to create your wheel and give you tools to keep it in balance. This is an easy exercise that we do with many of our coaching clients to help them reassess goals and priorities as well as focus on what’s really important in their lives.
