Pastor Peter continues the teaching using Proverb's 10:22 - "Blessings of the Lord makes us rich and he adds no sorrow to it. God's blessings is expressed in words: words of favour have been spoken over us so negative words from others cannot harm us. Only we can stop God's blessings by turning off our connection. E.g. Num:25, 1-3 King Balak to let the Moabite women entice the Israelite men and so cause them to stumble. Is there something we ourselves are doing to cause us to stumble in our connection to God? E.g. by speaking curses over ourselves or giving in to temptation. Let us do what is within our hands to do and water that seed and let it grow and flourish. We are blessed with every spiritual blessing through our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Cor: 1:1:18 All promises of God in Him are yes and in Him Amen.
