Pastor Micah shared a message for Back to Church Sunday called "Rooted In Faith" By looking at the teachings of Jesus and the Apostle Paul we get a clear understanding of the importance of having deep roots spiritually. Life will throw challenges our way so we must be able to stay connected to Christ and stand firm in our faith! A life built on Jesus overflows with purpose and meaning. The Bible compares this kind of connection to a vine with many branches. Here are the 3 main points from this week's message:

1. Faith in Jesus grows deep roots!
2. Roots of Faith grow in Fellowship (Community)
3. Jesus is the Vine. We are the Branches.

Bottom Line: Historically, God has used people who are deeply rooted in their faith to make a difference in the world.
