Today, I'm excited to be joined by Coach Mike Klinzing. Mike played division one basketball at Kent State University scoring over 1,000 points in his career. After graduating, Mike founded Head Start Basketball and has been running basketball camps for youth players for more than 25 years. Mike's passion for coaching and improving the sports experience for players, coaches, and parents also led him to start the Hoop Heads Podcast, a show that features interviews with some of the best minds in basketball, from youth sports coaches to the NBA.

About Jason Mejeur (Coach J)
Jason has more than 15 years of experience coaching basketball at the college and high school level and has lived on the sidelines and in the locker rooms working to build teams and inspire athletes. His mission is to build authentic relationships with his players so that he could have an impact on their lives beyond the basketball court.
More recently, Jason founded MaxOne to be a platform that makes coaches' lives easier and helps them use technology to have a bigger impact on the lives of their athletes.
