In this episode Jana and Neil discuss two different models for helping reframing the thoughts that might be stopping you from making progress or could be causing you pain as you pursue your goals.

- Question 1: Is it true?
- Question 2: Can you absolutely know it's true?
- Question 3: How do you react—what happens—when you believe that thought?
- Question 4: Who would you be without the thought ?

- Whats the worst that could happen ?
- What will you do if the worst happens ?
- What could you do now to prevent or minimise the impact of the worst happening ?
