The ASX200 closed about 0.6 % lower on Thursday, slipping to a three‑and‑a‑half‑month low after October jobs data dented hopes of an RBA rate cut. The market also reacted to the US House passing a spending bill and a rally, while materials and health made modest gains and tech and real estate fell. Investors now eye December RBA decision, US CPI release and earnings.
