For our podcast we interviewed Lindsey Cernik for our Consumer Behavior class. Lindsey is a learning and development specialist for Border States Electric which keeps her very busy with many different daily tasks. Matt and Wyatt are both seniors at NDSU in the business program. During our interview with Lindsey, we will dig into her background as well as different aspects of her role with Border States Electric. During the podcast, we learn about the steps Lindsey took from high-school up until where she is now to get to where she is with Border States Electric. Time management seemed to be a key point brought up throughout the podcast as Lindsey worked five part time jobs throughout college which she says kept her very busy. We dive into what it takes to be successful no matter what career path you choose and what you must do during your younger years to be properly prepared for the future. The highlights from this podcast was just to learn and absorb as much information from Lindsey as we could to help us be ready for upcoming employment. This project taught us many valuable career life lessons and we can't thank Lindsey enough for the insight and wisdom she showed us throughout the podcast.
