We believe that many of the examples cited are an unwelcome distraction to the challenges the hospitality industry has faced and continues to face as we head into a busy Autumn season.
With increasing staff and materials costs, resource shortages and enhanced cleaning regimes all still in place, running a high end self-catering business as a profitable enterprise remains a challenge.
