Being angry all the time sucks. I used to freak out when I lost my car keys. When my now wife pointed out to me that I may have an anger problem I knew it was time to get it under control. I want people to be able to collaborate with me and feel good about it. I want to be able to work with people that will respect me. The moment I lose my cool and snap I also lose my ability to make good decisions. In this video I talk about diagnosing the problem and some steps I took to be less angry.
