What if there was a device for the holster of every Law Enforcement Officer that carries a weapon? That device would record, and alert through GPS technology every time an Officer pulled their weapon. The device would have to be monitored by a 3rd party company not affiliated with Law Enforcement. Would that help lower these police brutality shootings from occurring? It's worth a conversation at least.
