This week we traveled to New Orleans where we met up with Eliot Guthrie, owner and operator of Congregation Coffee Roasters. While living in Seattle (where you cant throw a stone without hitting a coffee shop)a three mile journey to work would net Eliot great java, just about on every block. Was there a culture shock when he moved to New Orleans and how did he overcome that?

Holy congregation Batman! How do you get away from an alligator, and more importantly why are you near them in the first place? High walk, low walk, and what about the gallop? Yes that’s a real thing. A lesson in ancient alligator ancestors moving on to the present day. You can’t say that here at the Roadshow we don’t try to have a varied conversational exchange.
