Cultures of Change: Healing Our Identity

In episode 16, we're talking about choices, we're talking about the ability to choose at any given moment.
We are reflecting on how we make decisions and the fact that decisions are made in the circumstances and with the information available to us at that time, which means that when new information becomes available or circumstances change, we get to change our mind and make a new decision based on the current situation.
We're talking about the role our ego play, in propelling us forward with the decisions that we've made, allowing us to action what we choose and then in a not so positive way, our ego can keep us in circumstances or situations, relationships that no longer serve us because we are afraid of what others may think.
