Holmesburg Prison was in operation from the 1880's to the 1990's. The experiments that took place under it's roof gave it the ominous moniker - The Terrordome.
For years, inmates were the subject of unethical experiements without informed consent. The whole thing is gruesome and unnatural and goes against the moral compass of humanity but you'll never guess which big companies were sponsoring these experiments.
